Search Filter

You can choose the search filter to search icons only in the certain files.

To change the search filter:

1. Click the Options  button on the toolbar.
2. Open the Show/Search tab.
3. Use the Search icons in ... group.

• Subfolders – recursively searches subfolders of the selected folder.
• All files - The program searches for icons in ALL files regardless of its extension. Any icon will not leave (but not all files contain icons).
• Only with given extensions - The program searches for icons in files only with the checked extensions. It allows reducing time of the search but if the icon is in a file with unusual extension, it will not get in the list.
• All files except with given extension - The program searches for icons in all files excepting the files with the given extensions. For example, you can exclude bmp files because a big picture can look not so well at scaling till the sizes 32 x 32 or 16 x 16 pixels.
